Replacement Policy
Once a delivery confirmation is recorded by the carrier, the fulfillment of the order is considered complete. Please note that we are unable to replace medications for free or charge that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a patient reports non-receipt of a medication despite the delivery confirmation, the patient will be required to pay for a new order, but can file a claim directly with the courier for any lost or stolen packages.
This policy ensures our commitment to providing exceptional service while respecting the professional guidelines of our practice.

Compounded GLP-1 medications are not approved by the FDA and do not undergo the same rigorous testing, manufacturing standards, or regulatory oversight as FDA-approved medications.
They are however sourced from licensed compounding pharmacies, variability in potency and formulation may occur.
If a medication arrives and the ice packs are not cold
DO NOT THROW THE MEDICATION OUT!
Simply put it in the fridge and use it as directed. The pharmacies have informed me that they are stable at room temp and even temps up to 104-120 degrees ( for a week ) so Please do not throw it out.
